• Retubing, cleaning and supplying batteries for NHS hearing aids
• Providing advice about their support groups for sign language, tinnitus and hearing
• Providing information about assistive listening technology
• Information about lip reading

Hearing Aid Repairs

They can usually resolve problems with hearing aids by cleaning or replacing external parts e.g. tubes and hooks. However, technical repairs to the hearing aid or adjustments can only be carried out at audiology.
