The latest government decision to place Norfolk into a Covid alert status of Tier 4 is a very disappointing development for all of us. We continue to be extremely busy dealing with the everyday urgent and routine needs of our patients and whilst we acknowledge this is an extremely stressful and difficult time for everyone, please be assured that our doctors, nurses and administration staff are all doing their very best to help you and we appreciate your continued understanding, support and patience as we all try to get through these extraordinary times.
We also realise that our patients are keen to know when the NHS in Norwich are doing COVID vaccinations. These vaccinations have now sarted. The recall schedule is set by NHS England. Please be assured that East Norwich Medical Partnership is fully committed to supporting service and we are working very hard in the background, alongside other local surgeries, to plan on how best we can deliver these vital vaccinations. These vaccinations will be delivered from 4 locations in Norwich, NNUH Hospital, Lionwood Surgery, Gurney Surgery and Bowthorpe Surgery. The appointment schedules are dictated by the supply of vaccines which is governed by NHS England.
