Healthwatch Norfolk is working with the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group to find out what local people think healthcare should look like over the next 10 to 20 years.
They want to hear from people across Norfolk and Waveney, whether or not you have recently used hospital services.
The questionnaire asks about your experiences of healthcare, what matters to you when accessing hospital services and your views on how care could be delivered in the future.
The questionnaire closes on 6 November 2026.
